Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. Appointment cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be subject to a late cancellation fee. Patients who fail to attend or submit late cancellations will be asked to pay for future scans in advance.

COVID Information

At WUMe, we treat the safety of our patients and staff as our highest priority and are taking every precaution possible to minimise the impact of COVID.

Before visiting WUMe, please phone us beforehand if any of the following applies to you;

  • experiencing any COVID symptoms
  • tested positive to COVID in the past 7 days
  • currently awaiting the result of a COVID test

We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

Phones and Recording Devices

Mobile phones and other recording devices are not to be used at any time inside the scanning room.

WUMe will send images and clips of your scan to your mobile phone via a secure application.

Visitors & Partners

Patients may have one visitor or partner accompany them in the scan room. Visitors / Partners must be over the age of 18.

As our scan rooms contain equipment that can potentially cause injury to untrained or unsupervised users, children over 12 months of age are not allowed to attend inside the scan room. Children under 12 months of age may attend in a stroller or baby capsule.
